*Smack Down/Lifting Clinic:. We host a “Smack Down” one Friday per month, and lifting workshop on Wednesday  nights. Check the "Events" page.

Sumner CrossFit:  These workouts are lead by a Certified CrossFit Instructor. Members must attend a 5-day CrossFit Orientation before starting in the classes listed above. Orientation includes a comprehensive explanation of the CrossFit model, and 4 days of modification/training. Check "EVENTS" page for dates/times of orientation.

All times listed are START TIMES.  Active Stretch will start at this time. Members are expected to be ready to begin the warm-up at the time posted. If you miss a start time, you must wait for the next one.

Personal Training Sessions can be scheduled at any time with a CrossFit Instructor. Talk to the front desk about setting up an appointment.

Classes: Step: A fun and effective way to tone, build cardiovascular endurance, and incorporate choreograph-based movements with strength training.

Boot Camp: A conditioning circuit workout set up with a variety of stations to combine aerobic training with strength, speed, agility, and power.

Kickboxing: Combining basic kicks, punches, and athletic-based moves, this is a high energy, calorie burning, total body workout. Gloves are recommended, but not required.

Box & Rox: A combo of our popular Kickboxing and Body Rox formats.

Body Rox: It's like a personal training session for the whole group! This class will lead you through strength training movements using weights, bands and BOSUs.

Spinning: The original indoor cycling program that builds strength and stamina utilizing the Spin bikes. *New members should arrive 10 minutes early the first time to be measured on a bike.
