Our gym has a class style format. You will be led through the daily programming by your Coach. Classes are programmed for 1 hour, please arrive on time. We welcome all fitness levels to our gym, and your coach will help you scale your workout as needed. All first-time Crossfit athletes must complete our Foundations course prior to jumping into our regular class times.
Our Saturday classes are usually a bit longer. These begin at 9am, and run somewhere between an hour to an hour and a half. There is only 1 class on Saturdays.

EARLY AM CLASSES:
Monday-Friday: 5am & 6am
Monday-Friday: 9am & 10:30am (childcare available)
Monday-Thursday: 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm (childcare available)
Friday: 4pm (childcare available)
Saturday: 9am ONLY (childcare available)
There will be no formal class structure during these times but the gym will be open and a coach will be present to help as needed. You are welcome to come in and do the class programming or your own work out during these times.
Friday Only: 5PM
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 7pm
Make up classes are available Saturday Mornings at 8am. Please talk to your coach about making up missed classes ahead of time.
SEPTEMBER - MAY (school months) Monday-Thursday 3pm
JUNE - AUGUST (summer) Monday-Friday: 10:30am
