Our gym has a class style format. You will be led through the daily programming by your Coach. Classes are programmed for 1 hour, please arrive on time. We welcome all fitness levels to our gym, and your coach will help you scale your workout as needed. All first-time Crossfit athletes must complete our Foundations course prior to jumping into our regular class times.

EARLY AM CLASSES:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 5am & 6am

Tuesday and Thursday: 5am ONLY

AM CLASSES: 

Monday-Friday: 9 & 10:30am

PM CLASSES:

Monday-Thursday: 3pm, 4pm, 5pm,and 6pm

Friday Night Smackdown: 5PM ONLY

WEEKEND HOURS:

Saturday: 9am ONLY

Sunday: CLOSED

 

foundation ClASSES

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 10am or 7pm

Make up classes are available Saturday Mornings at 8am. Please talk to your coach about making up missed classes ahead of time.
