CLASS SCHEDULES



STRENGTH | COMMUNITY | FITNESS

SCF offers Coach led class format CrossFit. Every class begins with a Coach led Warm-up, Active/Dynamic Stretches, a Strength/Skill, and a MetCon. Classes are programmed for 1 hour, please sign-in through Wodify before class.

SCF welcomes all ages and fitness levels to our Community and our experienced SCF Coaches scale our athletes loads and movements as needed. All first-time CrossFit athletes must complete our Foundations course prior to jumping into our regular CrossFit class times.

SCF also offers our Change Athletics program METCON. These Coach led classes are lightly loaded or body weight movements focusing on Isolated movements and Conditioning. Classes DO NOT require Foundations to join. The biggest difference between METCON and CrossFit, NO barbell or heavy lifting just a great sweat!

Our Saturday CrossFit classes are larger, longer and partner style format. These classes begin at 9am, and run between an 1 hour to an hour and a half. There is only 1 CrossFit class on Saturdays.
