Born in Seattle, raised up in Bothell and graduated from Bothell HS in 1988. I grew up showing and racing horses. I also wrestled in Jr high and hs.
I spent many years in sales in my early work life, and, as I moved to the outside of buildings, life got less frustrating.
I spent many years in the scrap/recycling worlds-first running a scale and eventually managing a yard.
In 2015, I worked part time in a UPS warehouse in addition to running the scrap yard. In 2016, I became a delivery driver for UPS.
My CrossFit journey started because of the Jocko Podcast. I had begun listening to his podcast just before Covid-19. Starting at episode 001, it took me a year and a half to get current. A year into that process, I knew I needed a fitness regimen.
I walked into a CrossFit in Buckley and began the journey. Fast forward two plus years, and we walked into our new home.
Angela and I are honored to be here, and are ready to do our best to get after it.
