Born in Seattle, raised up in Bothell and graduated from Bothell HS in 1988. I grew up showing and racing horses. I also wrestled in Jr high and hs.

Outside of the gym Colin spends his time hiking, playing guitar and relaxing with family and friends.

When not CrossFit-ing, Graeme enjoys spending as much time as possible with his family.

Sally has two boys who are competitive wrestlers, and spends much of her time away from the box at wrestling meets.

Merben and his family joined SCF in early 2015 and they have been dedicated 6pmer’s every since.

OG is an electric and highly motivated coach. He's been doing CrossFit for 3 years.

Naomi first started CrossFit in 2017 and has been hooked ever since.

Deven found CrossFit in 2012, and has been an avid part of the community ever since.
