Merben and his family joined SCF in early 2015 and they have been dedicated 6pmer’s every since. Merben’s humor and smile keep the classes fun and inviting. The only time Merben is serious is when he is working with a new member, and Merben is known for his excellent Barbell technique and patience. Merben’s entire family enjoy CrossFit here at Sumner. SCF would not be the same without the Mercadal family!
